MURTON AFC 2 V 2 WALLSEND TOWN
In a competitive game the points were shared thanks to a last
minute Murton equaliser from motm Brad Staunch. Wallsend took the lead early in
the first half from close range, Murton were awarded a penalty 10 minutes later
which Cowie slotted home. Walls end took the lead mid way through the second
half and thought they had claimed the win in what was a competitive affair
before Staunch slotted home after a great ball from Dale. Final score was Murton
2 Wallsend 2.
