CHESTER-LE-STREET WHITEHILL 6 V 2 EBCHESTER CONSETT RESERVES
In what was Whitehill's last game league of the season and looking set to finish in fourth place, it was Ebchester who tried to spoil the party when following a free kick in the 12th minute they took the lead. The ball was fired across the box and Dan Parker was at the far post to make it 0-1. Whitehill got back on level terms on 21 minutes when Craig Mickle was brought down in the box and he stepped up to make it 1-1 from the spot and score Whitehill's 100th league goal of the season. On 38 minutes after good work by Aaron Wright the ball fell to Cameron Nichol who fired Whitehill into a 2-1 lead. H.T. 2-1 Ebchester who never gave up the fight, deservedly got back on level terms when a great finish from Mark Longstaff made it 2-2. The game changed on the hour mark when Craig Mickle was brought down in the box by the Ebchester keeper who give away another penalty, but this time he was sent off and Craig Mickle stepped up to make it 3-2. On 71 minutes Stephen Marriott headed in his first goal of the season to give breathing space to Whitehill and a lead of 4-2. Stephen Wood then got on the score sheet in the 88th minute when he slotted the ball home for 5-2, and the scoring was completed on 90 minutes when Aaron Wright chipped the keeper for our final score of 6-2

BRANDON UNITED RESERVES 0 V 6 WALLSEND TOWN
Brandon fielded a very young side for their last game of the season and did well to hold Wallsend to only one down at half time. Second half Wallsend's experience shone through and they ran in another five goals in the second half. Man of the match for Brandon was player of the season Jay Smith and for Wallsend was Derek Graham.

BISHOP AUCKLAND RESERVES 0 V 4 SHERBURN VILLAGE WMC FC
Bishops penultimate game of the season ended in defeat. A sloppy game from Bishops point of view led to a 0-3 score line at half time, thanks to poor set pieces and disappointing team play. Second half Bishop battled back in the tackles but we're limited with chances and Sherburn added to their tally to make a full time score of 0-4.
COUNDON & LEEHOLME YOUTH FC 2 V 3 HORSLEY HILL FC

The game started with Horsley Hill taking advantage of a Coundon side with several players missing. They had most possession and a Coundon side making mistakes allowed Horsley Hill to have a 3-0 lead at half time, Coundon started the second half much stronger and Christopher Howe who had come on as a substitute scored two goals for Coundon. Horsley Hill held on to their lead and ended the game with a 3-2 victory.
